Putrid Service from Payflex

I have been trying to get hold of payflex on their customer support email address to no avail. There contact number does not work and they don't respond to emails the Chatbot on whattsapp isnof no help at all and keeps saying that an email needs to be send. I have money in my wallet that needs to be transferred To my bank account ASAP.
