Poor servise

I made a payment in advance but they keep on making deductions on my account claiming I did not pay worse part when I log a query the don't attend to it,, their app reflect arrears on the orders I have already finished paying,, the don't even have a number where I can call and make a follow up by my self,, this is very disturbing and frustrating at the same time,, I don't recommend it to anyone, now I being charged extra R125 for their laziness to work They don't even mind to close my tickets without a proper help it's like they don't care Actually pay flex is a **** 😒😒😒😒
