Poor services

I have tried calling in since last month struggling to set up my new payment date I have WhatsApp aswell but no response now I'm sitting with additional charges to my account but I have tried to update my new salary dates as all my items due in on take 3 I have tried to pay what I could but my salary date is now the 10 th which I had no response to assist to change it
