Poor service

Payflex has the worst customer service they do not reply to emails nor put in effort to email or call back I've paid up my account sent them proof of payments Bank statements till this day they haven't gave me feedback because there's a order that still shows that I haven't paid mean while o paid it sent of the relevant information till this day no luck
