Poor Service and Lack of Proper Customer Support

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding ticket [##675812##].

The consultant, Silindile Ngubane, closed my ticket without resolving the issue I reported. I specifically requested assistance with resetting my password. Although I attempted the suggested method, it was not working because I kept receiving an error message.

Before I was even given a proper opportunity to respond and explain that the issue was still unresolved, the ticket was closed. I then rep**** on the same ticket requesting further assistance, only for it to be closed again without resolution.

This level of support is unacceptable. Customers should not have tickets closed simply to avoid dealing with unresolved problems. Proper support requires understanding the issue, engaging with the customer, and ensuring the matter is actually resolved before closing a ticket.

I would appreciate it if management could review this matter and ensure that support staff are properly trained to handle customer issues professionally and thoroughly.
