Poor service and app functionality
I am so over Payflex!!!
On more than 3 occasions when making a payment the money gets taken from my account but doesn’t reflect on the app and the supplier doesn’t get payment!
I then have to send multiple emails as the call centre is never available! I mean is there even a call centre???
The bot is nothing better as everything is referred to the email or non existent call centre line.
What’s the use and the point?
I send multiple emails which takes days to respond and when you call their line with operating hours 9-5 it says, “there’s no available agent to take your call at this time” and then cuts the call!
So frustrated honestly!

29 Oct 2024, 12:31I’ve now been asked for a statement! The purchase was done yesterday, so therefore I do not have a statement on a bank letterhead. When I called my bank they advised that before they can supply a statement Payflex needs to bank.
I’ve sent through the transaction details and the summary of payments that went off my account.
There are still no agents available to answer my call which clearly means there’s absolutely no one to assist on an actual line. So why even provide a contact number?
I’d be comfortable if this was a minor amount but R612!!!!! I cannot even make another purchase.
