Poor service

I have had a very very bad experience with payflex. Made a purchase on 28/02/2025 and 2 payments went out from my account. It looks like they had a system glitch from their side. I have reached out to them via email,spoke to a consultant by the name of Ethan,to date,my issue isn't resolved. He did confirm that he can see my 2 payments but had to confirm first with the company I purchased from if I did not place 2 orders by mistake. The company confirmed that I only placed 1 order with them. It's been a struggle dealing with payflex consultants. Very unprofessional. I have my bank statement as proof that 2 payments were taken out from my account but noooo,I'm being taken from pillar to post. All they had to do was allocate the amount taken out from my bank account to my payflex account. One of their useless consultants by the name of Tshegofatso responded to my follow up email saying they have given me all the information,like whaaaaaaat,what information coz all I want is for them to refund me or allocate those funds to my payflex account. I feel ****med by payflex.
