Poor service,

I’m extremely disappointed with Payflex. I made my payment last week, but the app still shows the instalment as “unpaid.” I’ve sent proof of payment and tried reaching their support team via email, WhatsApp, but there has been no response. None of their contact numbers seem to work anymore, and now I’m being charged additional fees even though I’ve already paid. This is unacceptable
