Poor Service

Very dissatisfied with PayFlex, I have been trying to get them unblock my account since 2024 which was said to have been blocked due to some anomality's. they kept asking for my pay slips, proof of address and promised that an agent will contact me to fix the account to date no one has called.

This is very disappointing
