Poor refund service

Payflex had me waiting for my refund since 04/04 ,I canceled the order with the online shop(takealot), it took takealot to refund me within 24hrs, was happy withtheirservice,however with Payflex I was told to wait 7days before money could reflect in my account, it's been 14days I'm still waiting till date, worse I will still have to pay for the installment outstanding that I canceled 😞 already, I sent them few emails someone by the name of "Simphiwe " assured me within 7days I would have got my pay ,but soon after 7days Payflex team is ignoring my emails and all,I tried to reach out with no help
