Poor customer support = Poor customer experience.

Frustrated by the lack of customer support. I’ve logged several tickets to have a simple problem resolved, but they keep closing the tickets before my issue is addressed. They refute to call you and just ignore a person. It’s not unreasonable for a customer to not want to click on an unverified link with all the ****s around today. It’s just irresponsible. Utterly disappointed by Kabelo’s customer care. Once they are paid up I will never use them again!
