Poor customer support

I wrote in to support asking for assistance with setting up my account. When I try register, it says an account on that email already exists, please log in or reset your password. When I try to reset my password, it says no account exists.

I tried to log a support ticket, and they wrote back with no account exists and closed the ticket with no further support. This is just plain lazy and unhelpful.

It might be useful if support people were trained to try and help customers instead of just pressing auto-response buttons.
