Poor customer service experience

I have been trying to get hold of Payflex and their customer service is ridiculous. Nobody answers the phone/email and the Whatsapp doesn't exist. I need assistance with changing my number on my account as it is registered to my old one which no longer exists. I cannot log in due to the OTP being shared to my old number
