Poor customer service 😢

Payflex took my money and claim to have forwarded it to the merchant that I have placed an order with.

Now that I haven't received my order, when I ask them (Payflex) to provide me with proof that indeed they did pay the merchant, they are refusing to do so.

How can they just absolve themselves from this situation of me not receiving my order and yet they claim to have forwarded the money to the merchant.

And it is also their responsibility to make sure they partner with legit on-line merchants
