#Poor customer service. #Charged extra

Poor customer service. I placed an order on the 27th of July for 3 items. A day after I was notified that one the items was sold out. I had already paid for the 3 items. When I checked my payflex acc for the next two Installments, I am being charged more. I emailed them on the 29th, I have not received any feedback or refund. They are not picking up calls.
