Poor customer service

I always receive SMSes and emails about me missing the payment, and I know nothing about any missed payments. I only made purchase on temu for items less than R600 and I paid it. I stay in Giyani never received any. Lost a phone in August don't know if they made a purchase but that was not me. ***
