POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor customer support. I got an SMS saying my payment is late, thereafter I immediately corrected my bank details and tried to manually pay ON THE SAME DAY. Their website kept running into an error and I could not pay on time. I tried to contact them but all they really said was that it was my problem and not theirs and that I have to pay the amount + a penalty amount. I sent them all the evidence showing that it was not my fault that their website stopped working and now they don't want to respond. PLEASE never use payflex if you can help it.
