Poor customer service

This company is unreachable when you're having issues. I have tried contacting them via their Call-Centre and the voice prompt continuously re-directs you to their e-mail address due to their ''high volume'' of calls. Their WhatsApp chat is just as useless as it also re-directs you to send an e-mail. I sent an urgent enquiry several days ago to get a lack luster response today from their agent Sherleze who did not address nor assist with my issue on hand and proceeded to close my ticket. Now I have to log another ticket and wait another several days for a response.
