Poor customer service

I have recently encountered a issue when assisting my day with making a purchase on the payflex platform , I have called there customer support number over 20 times in a course of two days aswell as sent a couple of messages via WhatsApp with no response and filled out the online forum with no response or a courtesy email about any delays in actioning
