Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service. Their number is always unavailable. I've sent them an email at the beginning of July my query is still not sorted out. I'm still sending emails almost everyday with no response . I've made a payment yet they still deducted me the amount that I have already paid with a default and arrears fee, sent them a proof of payment but they just went AWOL till date.
