Please refund my money

1. I paid 2 of my installments which did not reflect, I sent them an email to tell them about this and they confirmed that on their side, they do reflect. 2. A week or 2 later I am charged again for those two payments. 3. I send them proof of payments and report that I was charged double for the same installments. 4. They confirm yet again and ask me to send proof of account so that they can refund my money. 5. A week later I am still waiting and being told they are still investigating the matter? How? Back to square one. 6. I need my money, this is unacceptable of payflex, they charge us extra for paying late but take forever when it's their time to pay us back.
