Pensioner’s money too old for PAYFLEX

Before I could even use my account for the 1st time, I was blocked. I contacted their ‘support.’ A certain Kutlwano ‘assisted’ me from bad to worse. First I was told I’m a *****ster, then that I should do a facial recognition thing, then that I should send a three month bank statement only to be told that I’m too old. Is a pensioner’s money also too old? May your mothers and grandmother also be made to feel like ********s. Terribly disappointing service.
