Penalties for their own system errors!!!

I've been unable to pay my outstanding balance since 25 February 2026 due to their system errors,however I am being charged penalties.That is highly unfair! I tried sending numerous messages complaining,till today I have not gotten any feedback while the bill keep increasing.
