Penalising be for their faulty system!

I have an account with payflex that I am not able to make payments toward for over a week. I have called and logged numerous tickets. No one has come back to me. Their email address is invalid. Unable to send messages via social media. I have exhausted all avenues tying to reach them. The card as well as eft option does not work. Now Im being penalised on my account for late payment. Absurd! Guess the only next step is the Ombudsman as they dont have a thing called customer service
