They bind my phone number to a payment, then deny me making an account with it to pay my charge today, which was declined by an error. The email was ignored on the purchase, so I can't create an account for paying my charge. They state I must pay on the website or get excessive extra charges, yet there's absolutely no way pay anymore. Sort it out and don't make extra charges for your **** web payment system.
