Payment plan not accomadating everyone
It doesn't have 31st payment option as well as if you get paid late on the chosen date there will be R125 interest. If you buy on the first week of the month you still need to pay the same month, 😭😭💔🤬🤬🤬🤬

We are so sorry to hear you did not understood how the Payflex payment schedule works.
Also a lot of customer don't read the payment plan presented to them before accepting the first payment - It is very important to read and understand the detail before one accepts to proceed to the first payment.
Here is some educational information for everyone that reads this review and it's response.
If your salary date is the 25th of each month and you purchase on the 15th of August as an example, the payment plan will look as follows:
15th August - Payment 1
25th August - Payment 2
25th September - Payment 3
In other words - If you use Pay in 3 five or more days before your payday of that month, the second payment will be on the same month's payday. If you make your purchase within 5 days of your payday, then the second payment will only be charged on the following month's payday.
Once a payment plan has been finalised it cannot be changed.
