PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING

I made a payment on the 14/05/2025 (order number 995184) hoping that I’m making an early payment but to my surprise money has went out from my account but it didn’t get cleared by payflex. I sent an email tried to customer care line provided only received a response on the 17th where i was told its being escalated to the correct department on that very same date they tried debiting me again. I had to make 2 different payments for one date. This is really ridiculous and frustrating.
