Payment made but it says I need to pay

Made payment on Saturday 25/01/2025, when I check on my payflex account it says outstanding balance, tried to communicate with them they don’t respond since on Monday till today, emails a person called by Tshepiso ask for proof of payment I did send that proof of payment no respond when I text again no respond, when I try to call it either high volume of call they can’t help, or it rings until voicemail, went to WhatsApp they can’t help they send me to call or emails where they don’t assist, sad part is am in arrears now 💔💔💔🥹🥹🥹but payment was made
