Payment Deduction Date Discrepancy

I’m not sure what is happening this time. Is this because it’s now December that you’re suddenly changing how you charge your clients?

Our agreement clearly states that deductions are to be made on the 25th, yet you are attempting to deduct payments on random days. Then I’m told I “missed a payment” and now have to pay an additional penalty even though the deduction was attempted without notice and outside of our agreed date.

If there were any special arrangements or changes for December, why were we not informed in advance? No notification was given, yet my fees are being increased without proper explanation.

Please clarify why payments are being deducted outside of our agreed terms, why penalties are being added, and why no prior communication was sent regarding any changes.
