Payment deducted from bank but not showing on payflex account

Ive never had any issues until now. I made 3 payments on my account 2 of them went through and i received emails saying its paid. For some reason 1 payment wasnt picked up and didnt receive email but it was deducted from my bank account.Order nr ***
