Payment but no delivery

Disgusting service from Priscilla simply telling me cotton on doesnt fall part of their meechant listing yet in BOLD on the payflex website it shows cotton on!!! They are deducting over a R1000 but no delivery cotton on would love to help but they cant and payflex simply stands aside taking my money
