Paying payflex for a purchase that's not received

I've been using payflex and had no problem with it and I've been paying so well, until the 8th September 2025 when I purchased from ackermans. I never received my order and I've been sending emails for them to sort out my issue and I even asked them to refund back the money at least to my payflex account so that they will stop taking money from my bank account. Now I'm paying payflex for something that I don't own. And I'm still sending them emails both ackermans and payflex to fix it but no response it's been weeks.
