Payflex's lack of Communication.

Communication with this company is non-existing. To query payments related issues, the only response after logging an issue is, one is informed that they will get back to you with-in 72 hours and will only get back to you per email, and when they get back to you per email, immediately they also close the issue, citing no response. Even responding to the email and closed email, no feedback whatsoever.
