Payflex, you are truly shocking in your customer service
I am writing an open letter to Payflex on this platform, as I know that I'm not the only person whose been struggling with Payflex's shocking service.
For months, I have been emailing Payflex with regards to my not being able to use Payflex anymore.
This, due to your trying to force your clients to get ID cards in order to complete a new verification process.
This is in fact ******* - the green ID book is still valid and trying to force people into getting ID cards or alternatively, blocking their usage of your app because your system can't (or won't? 🤔) seem to get their green ID books successfully verified, is unacceptable.
I've been a good, loyal Payflex client for years but you are treating me and so many other people like a worthless individual, when it comes to your customer service.
I've done everything Payflex has asked of me - sent photos of myself holding up my ID book and with the other hand, holding up a piece of paper with the date on it. I've emailed you and your customer support manager (Ketty Buso) and your support team, near 50 times. I've spent hundreds of rands on phonecalls to Payflex. Some of your Call Centre agents know me by name because I've had to call so often.
Each time, I am assured that the problem is being worked on, or it is out of your hands as it is with the developers, or the latest... The problem is resolved and my verification process was successful. But then another issue arises and again I am told, there is an issue and the process wasn't successful. How many more months will this go on??!!
And Ketty Buso, as a manager of customer support, how is it possible that you have not once in all this time, picked up the phone and spoken to me one on one. Are you too busy or senior or high up, to speak to the public? You reply to every third or fourth email I send, ignoring the rest. I am at my wits end with your promises that this will be sorted out/has been sorted out/your apologizing for the inconvenience. This is not good enough anymore. Please pick up the phone and take some responsibility for the company you represent. If I was your senior, I would be disgraced by your lack of pride in Payflex and lack of involvement with your clients. I know you have lost many many loyal clients through this ID verification process issue, among other things. I ask that you sort this matter out urgently for me please and stop pacifying me with further half-hearted attempts to resolve this issue.
