PAYFLEX - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH!!

I have been trying to get in touch with Payflex for a few days yet with NO LUCK! The whatsapp number is a chatbot which tells you to either call or email and there is just NO reponse on emails and no answer on the landline number provided. My payment went off of my bank 3 x times and still shows unpaid on the payflex app. How difficult can it be to just respond to an email???
