Payflex Withdrawal

I have made a return temu I got the money into the payflex wallet. I did the withdrawal from payflex amount on Friday it's says processed but my money hasn't reflected into my account and it's been more than 72 hours. I really don't understand why payflex is being so shady because when it comes to it taking their money doesn't even have any issues but when I'm suppose to get my money back it's such a struggle. Their communication is also whack been emailing them so many times no one is getting back to me I ain't getting help argh what a useless app never using it again.
