Payflex wheres my Refund???

Never thought I’d end up here specially regarding Payflex: I Ordered a mat on the 3rd from MFA furniture appliances via payflex..A week of following up no mat then i recieve a msg saying they dont have the mat online “false advertising” mat showed stock availble. Then i get told they have a different mat available for way cheaper i sent my documents for the difference to be refunded mind u im dealing with a Renesh all the time whose making empty promises i get told refund will take 7 to 10 working days plus an additional 5 days today is the 29th no refund! Kept being told the same thing and the rug that arrived was such poor quality,slippery and thin. I am feddup popr service for a frst time customer experience MFA confies today after two weeks of battling with them that they refunded to Pauflex but kow where is my refund Payflex???
