Payflex - what a sudden disappointment

I was always a happy Payflex customer but am now disgusted with their service. They have a new system whereby one can no longer use their services, if one has a green ID book and not an ID card. I've spoken to ABSA and this is ******* PRACTICE FROM PAYFLEX 'S SIDE. Trying to force people to get ID cards to use their services, when they've been using their services for years with no problem and built up good credit, is ridiculous
