Payflex wants to **** me

I have send them countless emails as I can't pay an installment on their app and it was due today, all I know is they are going to add penalties,while they can't help me resolve the issue they keep sending me steps to make a payment , even after I have explained that the payment options s are not there I even send them a screen shot of the error. It's like they are waiting for midnight to add penalties.
