Payflex vs Takealot

I placed an order at Takealot. Payflex double debit me in other words 2 debit order requests for one order every 2 weeks. The order was R2100. Now I am paying 2 x R650 every 2 weeks and that equals R4200. I wrote one email after the other to both. Now the one is blaming the other. NO SOLUTION! NOBODY WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! IT IS UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!
