Payflex - Very Unsatisfied Client

Worst Experience Ever!!! Never to use this platform! Second debit order went off and I was double debited, I sent a email to request my refund, there after I received a mail back to ask for proof from a statement, sent them a relevant document, and they refuse since then to respond to my mails. I was not prepared for this money to leave my account, and they are not taking accountability nor sending an email to state that they are working on it and will give me feedback, just ignoring me as a client. LERATO PHAHLANE is the person that will not return my Mails, after receiving a Document that proves the double debit.
