Payflex Useless

I have sent numerous emails to the support email as its no use calling them or even chat on whastapp. Payflex took money from my account after I advised them that I made payments already. No one at Payflex cares to reply back to any of my emails. If they reply its not related to my query. They are useless and ***********! I need my refund asap.
