Payflex unreachable

I had a transaction through Payflex that didn't go to the merchant but the money are withdrawn from my card. I wrote emails, phoned, with no answer, spoke with the bot which repeats the same saved answers. So basically they cannot be reached, which is a bit *****. The bot sent me to the merchant, but the merchant hasn't received anything. The worst part is they will keep charging me in the next 3 months for something I haven't received
