Payflex-unprofessional company

No agency in customer resolutions. Poor service delivery. Payflex customer service is the worst and unbearable. Settled account on the 15th of August 2025, requested paid up letter and no response from them till today. As long as they got money, they do not care what happens after that. Escalating the matter to NCR or Ombudsman will be helpful.
