Payflex took my money twice and didnt pay Makro for my purchase!

I used payflex to purchase something from Makro. When I tried to pay, Makro said the payment failed, so I tried to pay again and it again failed. I then saw my Credit Card had been debited twice! and Makro still says I have not paid.

I tried calling payflex but no answer, I also emailed them but again no answer outside of auto response.
