Payflex took my money but didn’t pay merchant
Payflex took my money and didn't pay Makro for my purchase! I used payflex to purchase something from Makro. Money was taken from my account but my Makro purchase is still ‘Awaiting payment’.
I tried calling payflex but they claim to have high call volumes and can’t take calls. I also emailed them but again no answer outside of auto response.
