Payflex takes money from your account without paying the shops
Order *** Payflex did not pay Makro for an order I placed on the 20th however they took money from my account. Makro has confirmed to me that they did not get the money from payflex with Mechant *** please stop taking money from my account because you did not pay makro I need my refund. The consultant at payflex keeps on telling me lies I want my money back

Thanks for the call. As discussed Payflex can guarantee that Makro have been paid for the order as with all the other 10 orders you did with Makro using Payflex.
So your review is not accurate in terms of saying Payflex of not paying merchants. We always settle them the next business day after the order is placed. We have done this for the order in question.
We are not sure why Makro support are saying this to you, but we will definitely be taking this up with them to resolve this matter immediately.
