Payflex support (more like lack thereof)

I'm so disappointed with this company. I had an order which I immediately canceled with them since I wanted to add to my order, I was told this is entirely fine and the new payment plan would be instated. LO AND BEHOLD, THEY KEPT BOTH PAYMENT PLANS! So I have to pay for 2 orders while receiving less items and basically paying double for everything. I'm so upset because I have sent email after email to try and rectify this or get to the bottom of it, no answer. Heaven knows why you have a phone number if you cannot be contacted on there. Extremely upsetting to see this thievery from a business towards their clients. Absolutely *******.
