Payflex support centre unresponsive

I have been asked to share photos of me with my ID to verify my identity, even though this was resolved previously. I have submitted the photos and am being completely ignored, I then submitted as a support ticket because I was getting emails saying the registration email is no longer used, I keep going around in circles. This was over two days ago and I have heard NOTHING from Payflex but then they email me saying they have not heard from me !! I have not been able to use my payflex because of this, but the issue is on their side not mine. I have done what requested.
