How is it even possible to have such a service available to shoppers and then have a messed up admin department. The email address for support says it is no longer functional and gives you a link to the website to log your query. Log your query there and you get the same email to say that it's no longer functional. The contact number listed either drops the call and when you eventually get it to ring (after numerous tries), the call does not get answered.

They have no online chat support either.
